TREC Academy
Taking Responsibility for Educated Choices
|
TREC Academy is a God inspired creation in response to needs of home schoolers, struggling students and students who wish to excel academically. Our personal beliefs have compelled us to offer an opportunity for learning where family involvement is still practiced and faith in Christ is the backbone of the classroom. Here, students are taught to their individual needs in a smaller classroom setting. We believe every student needs a team to best support their efforts mentally, emotionally, academically, spiritually, and socially. TREC was created to return to basic, solid principles such as:
- Strong Academics
- Spiritual growth
- Learning how to learn
- The value of a job well done
- Social etiquette
- Internal discipline
- Sportsmanship
- Peer respect
- Self-motivation
- High Standards of Involvement
- Parent involvement
- Community Involvement
In short, to be all Christ intends and created each of us to be and to NEVER settle for second best!

Philosophy of TREC
TREC believes it takes a team to build a solid citizen. With Christ as the strength, the parents as consistent stable nuturing curators, and myself as a supporting resourceful director; we believe TRECers can reach their God-given potential. Each part of the team is vital to their success, drop one end and growth will be interrupted. TREC does its utmost to keep this team working strong together for the benefit of your student.

Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The trouble-makers. The round heads in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules, and they have no respect for the status-quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify, or vilify them. But the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.
